1. Scope and contact
This policy covers the FlowFocus website and web planner, including account information, planning content, synchronization, sharing, support, and payment-related data. Contact details appear on this page.
Contact hello@flowfocus.space for privacy, export, or deletion requests. Do not include passwords, full payment card information, or API secrets in messages.
2. Data on your device
The core planner works without an account. Calendar entries, tasks, labels, habits, calendar subscriptions, and preferences are stored in your browser. Clearing browser storage, device failure, or using another browser can lose local data; export backups regularly.
Local-first does not mean the website processes no network data. Hosting, security logs, and analytics still involve technical information; signing in and using Pro sync involves the account and content data described below.
3. Accounts and cloud sync
Account services process your email, authentication and session information, and any display name you choose. We use Supabase for authentication and cloud data services.
When signed in with Pro sync, calendar entries, tasks, labels, habits, and relevant preferences are synchronized between your account and devices. We process them to provide account access, synchronization, recovery, and security. Signing out or clearing browser storage does not delete your cloud account or data.
5. Analytics, sessions, and website operation
The site integrates Vercel Web Analytics to understand page visits and use of product entry points. Analytics may include page paths, referrers, device and browser types, and region. We do not intentionally send calendar titles, task content, or notes to analytics.
Browser storage and authentication sessions maintain sign-in, preferences, and synchronization. Hosting, security logging, and abuse prevention may also process network request information. We do not sell your planning content to advertisers.
6. Service providers and payments
Supabase provides authentication and cloud data services; Vercel provides hosting and analytics; Cloudflare provides domain services and support-email routing. Support requests involve your email address and message. Providers may process data outside your region under the terms and data-protection arrangements applicable to their services.
Public Pro checkout is not open yet. For purchases through Creem, Creem acts as merchant of record and processes checkout, billing, and required payment information. FlowFocus will use order, customer, and subscription identifiers to manage Pro access and will not directly store full payment card details. Verification of an existing Gumroad license may send its key and product identifier to Gumroad.
7. Retention, rights, and choices
Local content normally remains until you delete it or clear browser storage. Account and synchronized content is retained to provide the service. Contact support to request cloud-data or account deletion. Necessary security, transaction, or legally required records may be retained as applicable.
You can export and edit local planning data and request access, correction, export, or deletion of account-related data. We verify the requester and handle requests under applicable law. Where processing legally requires consent, we will obtain it before enabling that processing.
Processing grounds include providing the service you request, legitimate interests in security and service improvement, consent where applicable, and legal obligations. You may exercise applicable rights and complain to the relevant data-protection authority.
8. Security, children, and changes
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, but no system is completely secure. Protect your account and exports, and avoid adding unnecessary sensitive information to shared content.
The service is not directed at children below the age of valid consent in their location; a guardian should be involved where required. Material policy changes will update this page and its review date, with appropriate notice for significant changes to purposes or rights.
