1. Service and operator
FlowFocus is web software for calendar planning, tasks, focus, habits, and time reviews. The product operator provides the service and can be contacted at hello@flowfocus.space.
Use the service in accordance with these terms, applicable law, and the conditions displayed when purchasing. New paid purchasing is not open yet.
2. Free and Pro
Core calendars, tasks, focus, habits, statistics, review images, ready-made calendars, and local exports are free. Pro adds cross-device sync and sharing calendar records or plans with others. Shared access is read-only and both accounts currently need Pro.
Planned USD prices are $3 monthly, $24 yearly, or $69 once for founding lifetime. Yearly is equivalent to $2/month and saves 33% against twelve monthly payments. The three billing options include the same Pro features.
3. Purchasing, renewals, and lifetime
New Pro purchases will use Creem hosted checkout, with Creem acting as merchant of record. Prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes. Checkout will show the final total, billing period, and purchase terms before payment. Public purchasing remains disabled; the current pages do not accept new paid orders.
Monthly and Yearly renew for their selected period until future renewal is cancelled. Founding lifetime is limited to 100 places in total. It is one payment for one personal account, with no recurring renewal. Pro access lasts while FlowFocus continues operating; it is not a promise that the service will operate forever. Existing orders follow their original purchase terms.
4. Cancellation and refunds
Subscription management is linked from app settings and the Billing and subscriptions page. Customers with Creem subscriptions can enter its customer portal there to manage billing and cancel future renewals. Access for a paid period should continue until its end, subject to applicable refund or termination circumstances.
New subscriptions are not open, so there is currently no Creem subscription to cancel through this site. Use the original purchase provider or support for existing orders. See Refunds and cancellation for request instructions. These policies do not restrict applicable statutory consumer rights.
5. Accounts, content, and acceptable use
You keep the rights to the content you create and authorize processing only to store, sync, display, and share it according to your settings. You are responsible for account security, your content, and permission to share it.
Do not use the service for unlawful activity, infringement, unauthorized access, malware, or serious disruption. Restrictions in response to abuse will consider the circumstances and applicable law.
6. Backups and accuracy
Back up local data regularly. Software, sync, and third-party infrastructure may be interrupted; we do not promise uninterrupted operation or that data can never be lost. Conference calendars may include estimated dates. Confirm submissions and travel arrangements with the official venue.
We aim to maintain and improve the service reasonably. Material service or pricing changes will receive applicable notice; purchased rights follow their purchase conditions and applicable law. Statutory consumer protections and liabilities that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
7. Contact and changes
Contact hello@flowfocus.space for product, account, billing, or privacy support. We aim to respond within 3 business days. Include a description and any necessary order identifier, but not passwords or full payment card details.
Changes to these terms will be reflected here with an updated review date. Significant changes will receive appropriate notice; applicable statutory consumer rights continue to apply.
